Some organizations struggle with paperless options

Implementing a paperless office through document management and conversion can provide a number of benefits for a business. According to the Daily Freeman, the board needs a way to get rid of its paper-based system. Paul Slayton told the news source that the district's average meeting packet weighs up to two pounds, but it is portable, doesn't take 15 minutes to start up, and can be marked up easily. Before switching to a paperless system, the board needs a solution that matches the versatility of paper.

"It’s got to be easy to use, it’s got to be efficient," Slayton said.
