More Residents, More Services and Faster Document Retrieval
The Tax Collector’s digital transformation now spans a diverse collection of additional documents and processes, even outside of its core responsibilities: the office processes drivers’ licenses, birth certificates, concealed weapons permits and more. Document scanning is an ongoing process, with 14 separate scanning stations. Among the beneficiaries are the county’s residents: document requests that used to take 2-3 days can now typically be processed the same day.
The adoption of ApplicationXtender 8.1, Image Capture, Document Manager, and ColdXtender, also meant that employees no longer had to dig through filing cabinet searching for documents.
