One real estate company has created a futuristic workplace that does away with paper and assigned desks.

CBRE recently opened a paperless office in Baltimore. The concept, called Workplace360, was implemented with the intention of creating the work place of the future, one executive told The Daily Record.

Accessible document storage solutions make it possible for employees to work away from their desks. This led to the "address-free" idea – workers in the office sit where they want, when they want, with open access to everything they need.

Not only did CBRE remove assigned work spaces, the company also did away with as much paper as possible. The moves were made in order to increase efficiency at the office, and improve growth.
