How It Works
Customers go online to fill out a service request form. Field technicians then schedule an appointment using Service Request Manager to document the service needed or provided, with the ability to add photographs, a parts list and a signature as well. Form fields are custom designed to be identical to the paper forms you use today. The software then emails a PDF copy of the work order to the customer or tenant. Work orders are then exported into QuickBooks, automatically creating an invoice.
The system tracks open requests and orders, boosting productivity and customer satisfaction. Service Request Manager also retains the original document for archival and audit trail purposes. The interface is customized with your logo.
