Hardware Service Plans
Since businesses have their own unique requirements, Image One offers the flexibility of three different scanning hardware service plans.
Gold Service Plan
Image One’s premier service agreement. This level offers a full encompassing service and maintenance program, and is our most popular service plan. Our Gold Level agreement includes:
- Unlimited service calls (associated labor covered)
- All parts covered (excludes consumables)
- Scheduled preventative maintenance calls
- Guaranteed 8-hour response time
Silver Service Plan
An agreement for those customers who enjoy the labor coverage of a service plan, but do not require full coverage. Our Silver Level agreement includes:
- Unlimited service calls (associated labor covered)
- 20% discount on parts (excludes consumables)
- Scheduled preventative maintenance calls
- Guaranteed 8-hour response time
Bronze Service Plan
An agreement for customers who need only a couple service calls a year to maintain their machines. Our Bronze level agreement plan includes:
- Two service calls per year (associated labor covered)
- 20% discount on parts (excludes consumables)
- Guaranteed 8-hour response time
- 20% discount on labor for additional service calls
